Goodbye the myths of the cloud.
Recent years have seen the incorporation of the word cloud in all areas related to the provision of technology, from the services most oriented to the final consumer to the most industrial. Companies have begun to seek mainly cost savings by implementing cross-cutting applications such as mail or office programs.
In the case of infrastructure, understood as the support layer for the platforms and applications of the organization, so far has prevailed the location of data and a good performance rather than merely economic aspects. Cloud infrastructure vendors (IaaS) are breaking down these barriers, so scalability and pay per use become drivers of this type of services.
Even so, the diversity of infrastructure solutions offered as a service, its different modalities, multiple technologies, services and incipient services make choosing a IaaS provider and solution still difficult.
